What is an Alumni Chapter of Baldwin-Wallace College?

Baldwin-Wallace College alumni chapters continue the B-W experience for life by offering its members an association with the College after undergraduate days have been completed.  Our chapters serve as an outlet for alumni activity, an asset to the community, and a benefit to the College.

Alumni chapters can be a valued organization within any community.  Members, their families and friends can all take part in activities sponsored by the alumni chapters.  The B-W alumni experience, realized by members with divergent interests, is a wonderful and unique benefit of our membership.

Why Should I Start an Alumni Chapter?

  • Maintain contact with area alumni through a consistent schedule of events.
  • Advance the mission of the College.
  • Provide social and professional outlets for all members.
  • Keep in touch with B-W and abreast of all its activities and projects.
  • Sponsor functions for alumni, family members, and friends to attend.
  • Assist in the recruitment, retention, and career placement of future and new alumni
  • Participate in personal career planning and advancement, community service/philanthropy, and alumni programming, etc.
  • Send off incoming students from your city, welcome new alumni and their families after graduation, and introduce them to their new environment.
  • Send a voting delegate to National Alumni Association meetings, held annually.
