SCHEDULE

Friday, April 4

Morning --- Departure from Baldwin-Wallace College
Late Afternoon --- Arrival in New York City, check-in at the Hotel Edison
Evening --- Evening Performance: The Little Mermaid – included in package

   

Saturday, April 5

Morning --- Free Time – OPTIONAL: Join a “Tag-Along” Monuments and Masterpieces activity with B-W staff and alumni (details to be provided upon receipt of your deposit, additional costs will be incurred)
Evening --- Evening Performance: South Pacific – included in package

Sunday, April 6

Morning --- Brunch at Sardi’s Restaurant with NYC-area alumni and current B-W Music Theatre Program Seniors (includes short musical performance)
Afternoon --- Matinee Performance: Sunday in the Park with George  – included in package
Evening --- Free Time – OPTIONAL: Attend an evening performance of your choice

 

Monday, April 7

Morning --- 2-hour boat tour around the southern half of Manhattan
Lunch --- Free Time (to dine on your own)
Afternoon --- B-W student showcase at York Theatre
Late Afternoon --- Hors d’eouvres reception with NYC-area alumni; cash bar
Evening --- Free Time – OPTIONAL: Attend an evening performance of your choice

Tuesday, April 8

Morning ---  Departure from New York City, Hotel Edison
Late Afternoon --- Arrival at Baldwin-Wallace College

TRIP COST

$1,160 per person, double-occupancy (single occupancy surcharge of $350) is due by February 15, 2008. Please make checks payable to: Baldwin-Wallace College or you may charge MasterCard, Visa or Discover.  Please mail your reservation to the Alumni Office:
