BEREA, OHIO -- Senior Ashley Scullion (Kentwood, Michigan/ East Kentwood) placed 94th and junior D’Arcy Hlavin (Berea) was 182nd of 279 total runners today (Saturday, November 22) at the 2008 NCAA Division III National Cross Country Championship Meet in Hanover, Indiana. B-W is the host site for the 2009 NCAA Championship Meet. The meet will be held in Highland Heights, Ohio.

Hlavin Leads Yellow Jackets into NCAA National Championship Meet
BEREA, OHIO -- One of Baldwin-Wallace College junior and Berea High School graduate D’Arcy Hlavin’s goals in cross country this season was to be an NCAA Division III All-American. This Saturday, Hlavin and senior teammate Ashley Scullion both will get a shot at realizing their goal when they join veteran Head Coach and Berea resident Bill Taraschke at the Division III National Meet at Hanover College of Indiana.

BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin-Wallace College women’s cross country team placed fifth and the men were 14th at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region Meet today (Saturday, November 15, 2008) at Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio. Highlighting the meet for B-W were senior Ashley Scullion (Kentwood, Mich./East Kentwood) and junior D’Arcy Hlavin (Berea) who both qualified for next week’s NCAA Division III National Meet at Hanover (Ind.) College.
