The Black Cultural Center provides diversified programs of cultural, educational and recreational activities for B-W students and the surrounding community. The Center also focuses on providing opportunities for students to assume leadership positions and work directly with program planning. In addition, the Center creates a welcoming atmosphere for students of color.
The Black Cultural Center offers the following amenities:
- A computer lab.
- Ample space for classroom instruction.
- A small conference room.
- A comfortable lounge area for meeting and socializing.

- Television, video games, stereo, and various board games.
